  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Chennai & Bangalore – 2 to 4 business days

  • Other locations in Tamil Nadu – 2 to 5 business days

  • Other states across India – 3 to 7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service, location accessibility, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on all orders above ₹999.

  • Shipping charges for orders below ₹999 will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
