At Annam Chekku Oil Mill, we are committed to delivering pure, high-quality wood-pressed oils to our customers. Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Our products are not eligible for return once delivered, except in the following cases:

The product received is damaged or leaking

Wrong item delivered

Packaging seal is broken at the time of delivery
No other reasons, including taste preference, change of mind, or personal dislike, will be accepted for return or refund.
2. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a refund, please share the following:

Clear photos or videos of the product

Images of packaging and shipping label

Order number and delivery details
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
3. Return of Product
For approved claims, customers are not required to return the product.
Refunds will be processed based on photo/video verification.

Once your request is verified and approved:

5. Non-Refundable Situations
